We exist since 2005
Founded and directed by Thomas Teffri-Chambelland, the International Bakery School was established in 2005.
It is a pioneer in professional training in bread-making using natural leaven and organic flours. It is also the only school in Europe to offer a level 4 diploma specifically geared towards the organic sector and entrepreneurship.
Our certification courses provide individualised support for adults undergoing professional conversion.
