Management of personal data.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on 14 April 2016, and with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, the International Bakery School informs you of the following points:
Browsing this site does not collect any personal information, except if you use the contact or document request forms. In this case, your surname, first name, email address, postal address, date of birth, telephone numbers, professional background, photo in the case of a contract request, will be kept in our database.

Identity of the data controller

The data controller is the company École internationale de boulangerie, SAS.

Purposes of the processing

The contact form collects your name, first name and email address, in order to be able to respond to your requests made through this form.

The quote request form collects the same information and records it in our databases in order to keep track of the documents requested, which enables us to notify you if these documents are modified.

The "information form" collects your name, first name and email address, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, level of study and professional background in order to ensure that the school's training courses match your professional needs and expectations, and to draw up the documents necessary for the follow-up of the training courses.

The "telephone appointment" form collects your name, first name, email address and telephone number in order to exchange information by telephone and to provide you with all the information you may need to register for the courses offered by the school.

The satisfaction questionnaires, completed at the end of the training course, and the success stories are distributed with the consent of the person(s) concerned, obtained mainly through email exchanges. The data collected can be rectified or deleted on request.

Recipients

Only the International Bakery School is the recipient of your Personal Information.
This information is never transmitted to a third party, except to the subcontractors used by the International Bakery School (see the following paragraph: Authorized subcontractors).
Neither the International Baking School nor any of its subcontractors merchandise the personal data of visitors and users of its site.

Retention period

If you do not register for training, your personal information is kept by the International Baking School for a period of less than 2 years following your last exchanges with our company.

If you register for training, your personal information is kept by the International Baking School for an unlimited period of time in order to make diplomas and certificates of completion of training available for life. However, at the trainee's request, the data can be deleted (see next paragraph).

Data protection rights

You have the following rights concerning your personal information, which you can exercise by writing to us at the postal address mentioned above, or by email to the following address : rgpd@eidb.fr

Right of access and communication of data

You have the right to access your Personal Information.

However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data which is incumbent on the International Bakery School, you are informed that we are entitled to require, in order for your request to be processed, that you provide proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the event of a request via our contact form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the event of a request sent in writing).

The International Baking School informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature).

To help you in your approach, in particular if you wish to exercise your right of access by means of a written request to the postal address mentioned above, you will find a model letter drawn up by the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (the "CNIL").

Right to rectify and delete data

Under this right, the law entitles you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data concerning you which may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.

You may also define general and specific directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. Where appropriate, the heirs of a deceased person may request that the death of their relative be taken into account and/or that the necessary updates be made.

Response time

The International Bakery School agrees to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from the date of receipt of your request.

Authorised subcontractors

In order to provide our services, we share our information with :
- Pickbeam agency - Agency expert in the development of web solutions which develops and maintains the website and the application "Le Club" .
- The website host: OCTOPUCE - Service Galacsys, which implements all security and backup policies concerning the data stored on its equipment.
OCTOPUCE respects the European data protection law (RGPD) and the French laws concerning the management of personal data.
- The accounting firm: Le Carré Experts (92). The information collected by Le Carré Experts is used only within the legal framework provided in France for the respect of privacy.
